2023 Annual Report
This annual report is the third that I have had the joy of helping compile and publish, often with the support of volunteers who are more skilled at layout and editing than I am - it takes a village, right?
At the close of each process, it is amazing to see all that this little organization is able to achieve and the impacts that we can all have when we pool our time, talent, and resources to support the common good.
We are proud to announce a new framing for Portland Fruit Tree Project this year - viewing every fruit tree, shrub, and vine as one part of a whole Urban Orchard - regardless of who owns it. This framework will take us into 2024’s busy season (although we all feel pretty busy already?!) with a new way of thinking about how all of our work, lives, and fruit relate to each other.
With YOUR help - whether it is as a donor, volunteer, fan, or general fruit enthusiast - will help us play a part in caring for the Urban Orchard that feeds, shades, and nourishes all of us!
