Fruit Tree Care Coordinator Job Post

We are seeking a new member of the PFTP team!

This role will coordinate the fruit tree fee-for service work including completing fruit tree care including pruning, thinning, some pest control, etc.

Pay will be $20/hr to start. We provide health insurance and generous paid time off.

Hours will be on a fluctuating workweek schedule between 25-40hrs/week, based on the season, but pay will be equalized at 30hrs/week each month, so that the role is benefits eligible. We know that is a little confusing, so feel free to reach out with questions!

• be knowledgeable about fruit trees and their care

• enjoy working in all sorts of weather doing physically challenging work

• love a challenge and be excited to work in this very new program

• thrive in a flexible and independent role

A perfect candidate will also:

• be fluent in Spanish

• be comfortable with spreadsheets/technology

Our hiring timeline is as follows:
